How we work

Every project starts with the problem, not with a list of services.

Process

How we work

  1. 01

    Clarify

The goal, audience, materials, evidence, scope and constraints.

  2. 02

    Recommend

An approach, scope and way of working that fit the task.

  3. 03

    Plan

Once approved, we prepare the concept, plan or brief, assign responsibilities and align approvals.

  4. 04

    Create

The agreed strategies, concepts, content and execution.

  5. 05

    Check and hand over

Before handover we check the content, format and agreed rights.

  6. 06

    Publish

We agree in advance whether the client runs the channel or social media management is part of our work.

Duration

How long we work together

We fit the collaboration to the task. After the first conversation we draw up a timeline based on scope, approvals, production deadlines and external dependencies.

Up to three months

A small story, a video, a review of your digital presence, an event content concept or a limited campaign.

Three to twelve months

A larger campaign, brand architecture or identity, a content series, a launch or user experience work.

A year or more

Ongoing editorial planning, internal communication, content series or recurring campaigns.

Our commitments

What you can expect from us

  • We will ask what the project needs to change, and for whom.
  • We will tell you if the brief doesn't yet allow a good estimate, or if the request doesn't fit the goal.
  • We will propose a suitable scope and explain what is included, what isn't and what depends on third parties.
  • We will keep to what we agree on responsibilities, deadlines, approvals and changes.
  • We will deliver quality work within the agreed scope and note any open questions.
  • We will describe results with the data and limits we actually know.

What we won't promise without grounds

  • Guaranteed virality, sales, reach, rankings, media coverage or awards.
  • Legal, financial, technical, environmental or HR expert opinions unless the right expert is involved.
  • Exclusive rights or use in all media, forever and worldwide, unless the licence says so.
  • Work by an external partner, media buying, stock material or AI tools before cost, rights and availability are checked.
  • A fixed deadline before we know the scope, the approval path, the materials and external deliveries.

First conversation

How to prepare for the first conversation

You don't need answers to everything. The clearer they are, the sooner we can make a sensible proposal.
